Introducing the newly refined 2026 cast, developed to achieve a more accurate, balanced, and precise final form.

Each piece is individually hand-crafted and custom cast in high-quality urethane resin. This is a raw artisan kit intended for experienced builders who appreciate craftsmanship and hands-on finishing.
All components are supplied UNTRIMMED, allowing the builder full control over final shaping, fitment and finish.

Light filling and sanding are required as part of the normal finishing process.

What You Will Receive

• 1 Helmet shell (urethane resin)

• 1 Clear PETG visor sheet (.030 thickness)

Pieces may be supplied in white or lightly tinted resin depending on casting batch.

• Chin to Occiput : 24 cm

• Wall thickness: approximately 5 mm, up to 8,9 mm in reinforced areas

This kit is delivered untrimmed with additional material for builder adjustment. Measurements taken from the raw casting before trimming will differ from the finished dimensions listed above.
